Photo division volunteer days for the Davis County Fair

Please post here if you can volunteer to help at the fair during these days. I also need to know your T-shirt size.

This is how many people I need and when-

Photo Check in day
Saturday 8-8 from 9:00 to 4:00 (5-6 people)

Print Judging - this will be assisting the judges and helping arrange prints and general set-up.
Monday 8-10 from 9:00 - 4:00 (5-6 people)

The next few days are sitting at the table answering questions. I need a 4 hour commitment and you get a t-shirt, free parking, and a meal.

Wednesday 8-12 from 12:00 - 4:00 (1 person)
Wednesday 8-12 from 4:00 - 8:00 (1 person)
Wednesday 8-12 from 6:00 - 10:00 (1 person)

Thursday 8-13 from 12:00 - 4:00 (1 person)
Thursday 8-13 from 4:00 - 8:00 (1 person)
Thursday 8-13 from 6:00 - 10:00 (1 person)

Friday 8-14 from 12:00 - 4:00 (1 person)
Friday 8-14 from 4:00 - 8:00 (2 people)
Friday 8-14 from 7:00 - 10:00 (2 people)

Saturday 8-15 from 12:00 - 4:00 (1 person)
Saturday 8-15 from 4:00 - 8:00 (2 people)
Saturday 8-15 from 7:00 - 10:00 (2 people)

Print pick up day and clean up on
Monday 8-17 from 2:00 - 5:30 (2 people)

Dar and I would like to volunteer for the fair, we could help out on Friday the 14th from 7-10, or Saturday anytime after 4. Just let us know if any of those times are available. We would need an XXL and a Large in T-Shirt sizes. Thanks

I am available for any of the listed all but on Saturday the 8th. Wednesday evening I have mutual with my wards young men but other that that Judging, table or pick up day works.

Thanks Aimee.

It will include helping people complete forms, making sure all of the images are properly tagged, arranging and preparing the prints to be hung etc. We probably wont be there as late as I posted.
