Share 'Self Service'

While filling up for gas the other day it struck me as odd to see the word "Self" on the gas pump sign. Are there any "Full" service stations anymore? It's been about 15 + years since I've seen any full service stations around here. I worked at a gas station/farmers co-op when I was in college that was a "Full Service" gas station.
