Two of my favorite wedding photographers: Amanda Sharp from Heber and PA - (she shoots many east coast weddings) and Danette Holley of SLC. Contact the photogs you hear about, ask to see images /portfolio. If you like their style, inquire further. Both of the above do an excellent job with compostion - very necessary - and lighting. Do know: YOu only get one chance to shoot someone's special day, and after the day is over, the photos are ALL the bride will have to relive the moments. All bride's have budgets, but you want to hire someone who can capture the day well - and this is usually not Uncle Fred who takes "pictures". Also keep in mind: digital imaging isn't just snapping photos - often there is work behind the scenes - cropping, digital enhancements, etc. This, too, takes time and is part of the price.
